Beautifully constructed, spacious 4 bedroom / 2 full bath home, with stunning ocean views, just steps to sand. This light filled home with a front balcony and patio was designed to enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor California living.

With an eye towards celebrating the Newport Beach lifestyle with a sophisticated mixture of function and style, this elegant home features high quality materials, with wood travertine floors, wrought iron railings and custom stone and marble finishes throughout. The west-facing balcony and patio both have comfortable furniture, as well as beautiful water and Catalina views.

With immediate access to the beach, and two blocks from the grocery store, shopping and restaurants, this is a premier location for the discerning beach vacationer. A few blocks down the boardwalk is McFadden Square, at the base of the Newport Pier, which offers a fine range of dining experiences, from 21 Oceanfront and Woody's Wharf to more casual offerings at The Crab Cooker and Charlie's Chili. The two car garage parking makes travel around town convenient, but with so many options within easy walking distance, many guests would find little need to drive at all.

For those who would prefer to dine in, the kitchen is a chef's dream, well outfitted and spacious, with Thermador / Blue Star appliances.

The master bedroom suite is on the second level, and it enjoys a king sized bed, large soaking tub, and separate glass shower. There are three additional bedrooms downstairs; two with queen sized beds, and one with a twin and a trundle.

    Great location, just 3 houses off the beach and boardwalk (easy walk to the pier and shops) We even walked to the Fun Zone. Lots of room to spread out, nicely furnished, updated bathrooms, and great floorpan for a family. Loved the dark wood floors and cozy fireplace. We like to cook when on vacation and this kitchen was top notch!

    Very friendly neighbors and good neighborhood vibe! Would recommend if you are looking for a nice rental in a great location! And, White Sail was awesome to deal with from registering, check-in, throughout the visit and follow up after.

    Excellent property and location. Two houses off the beach, are you kidding me? Walking distance to everything, and I'm talking short blocks, not 1/2 miles, again are you kidding me. Did you forget to pack anything - grocery store and shopping within a block and yet not visible from the property.

    The home appears to have been recently remodeled with everything new and upscale. The decorator had great taste and manages to catch the flavor of SoCal without using a lot of the typical shells, surfboards and fishing nets all over the place.

    We love the upper deck overlooking the street below and the perfect view of the beach and ocean. A view reminiscent of the balconies in New Orleans. A great place for evening cocktails to unwind, see the sunset and enjoy watching and hearing the surf. The patio below offers the same great view and a chance to interact with the friendly neighbors or people on their way to enjoy the beach.

    The boardwalk along the beach offers a fun walk while looking at the variety of beachfront properties, each is very different from one another. You can easily walk down to the pier with various shops and some great restaurants. In season there is even a just caught fish market but yo have to get there early before they run out.

    This was our fifth stay here at this property and every time we leave it's almost like leaving home and can't wait to get back. We'll for sure be back in this property next year. Coming from Colorado we love the beach and want to have the best experience and least hassle free experience when we go to California. This place is perfect for us.

    I brought my husband and two older kids to stay here for a long weekend. Once we stepped inside, we were in heaven. The house is totally remodeled and updated. The owner has excellent taste in art and decor and within 5 minutes, I felt right at home. The best part was having a glass of wine on the large deck overlooking the ocean. For lunch, we walked to the pier which was only a few blocks away. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and a favorite is Mama D's Italian. There is a grocery store within walking distance. We walked everywhere and never had to use our car the entire vacation. Great stay for our family and we will definitely be making this an annual trip.
