This spacious oceanfront-and-boardwalk, two bedroom unit rests on the edge of the Balboa Park and just steps to the sea. Enjoy the comfort of beach living with ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, and relaxing, stylish accommodations. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with attached bath. The second bedroom has two full beds with separate bath, and there is a queen-size futon in the living room.

From there, it's on to the beachfront patio which opens to the Balboa Park, warm sands and sparkling Pacific. The patio is shared, but divided, so each side gets their own patio space for people watching on the boardwalk, barbecues and toasting the beautiful sunsets.

Beat the summer parking rush with one reserved parking space in the carport, large enough for most SUVs. Enjoy provided WiFi and cable TV, as well as immediate walking-distance access to beaches, restaurants, bars, the Balboa Island Ferry, the Catalina Flyer and shopping and fun in the Balboa Village area.

    Stayed at 900 oceanfront unit A for a month. Had great time. Place is very clean and location is great. Just wish they would allow guests to parking spots for units that are vacant.

      Glad you had a great time! That's what we aim for. The parking is tough down at the beach, and with new reservations coming in all the time, we have to limit everyone to their actual parking space. We generally recommend that people with multiple cars park one on the street and don't move it, and use the car in the carport to get around town with. Not ideal, but parking is gold at the beach, and there's only so much gold to go around. ;-)

    You can't beat the location, right on the bike path and the beach.

      We agree, the location is amazing. This unit is right on the boardwalk, with the Balboa Park, beach and water directly ahead, and just a block to the Balboa Pier, restaurants and activities.

    It was great being right in the middle of it all. Super close to the beach, per, park, shops and restaurants! We stayed with our one year old and she loved it. There were a few things I hope they fix before the next guest stays. The gas grill barley work (not at all), the wifi is just ok (which this day in age high speed is a must) the TV and remotes need updating. It took 30 mins for the tv to warm up and they remotes barley worked. I know we were not there to watch tv or surf the web, but at night when our daughter went to bed it would have been MORE enjoyable with those things fixed. All in all we loved the location and the home. I would just double check the pillows too they were a little old and needed to be replaced.

      Thank you for your review! Those are great points. We discussed with the owner, and she replaced the BBQs, living room TVs and upgraded the WiFi. We're also going through and updating the kitchens and bedrooms, so the next guests will see a great improvement.
